Tropical Bottling Co. (TBC) has a general minimum production size of 2,000 cases (24 pack cans or 48,000 units per flavor) per day. However we can also provide trial/pilot run services based on daily rate for the facility for smaller case quantities.

We currently have cold and hot fill capabilities in all can formats as well as hot and cold pasteurization.
Yes, TBC can either help bring your vision to life or look to lower your existing concentrate cost though our partners. TBC works with several highly skilled concentrate/flavor companies to help you develop your beverage formulas.
TBC has a full time Quality Assurance Manager and a quality lab on site to assure that your product quality is of the highest standard and that all quality specifications are met.
While there are some limits for safety reasons,TBC encourages our customers' participation during the initial production run to understand the process to ensure that all customer expectation are met and exceeded.
